Open Day 2025
The late May Bank Holiday was an open day for all to come and try the game of bowls.
A fine but blustery day where anyone interested was encouraged to come along and ‘try their hand’.
Over 40 visitors turned up on the day to try their hand at bowls. There were many comments about how beautiful the green and gardens are. Several people joined upas new members.
Thomas Trophy 2025
On the last Saturday of May, the Thomas Trophy was played for.
The winners were presented with their trophy by the President
And the runners up received a commemorative coaster.
